Unique code known as unicode
It is a unique code of six digits that allows you to access all of our centers. Simply check-in at the front desk when you arrive at any of our locations other than your primary center. With the unicode, you can make calls at any common area phone, listen to your voice mail messages, use the copier equipment for copying or scanning, send faxes as well as connect to the Internet using a wire or with wireless access. All of this is available to you without having to worry about payment since it is all incorporated in the OfficeWyze ERP system. As a customer, you only receive one service invoice no matter how many centers you have visited.

VoIP central hosting system
Another valuable benefit is the hosting system, implemented in San Francisco, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Macau. All these hosts are connected to each other either through VPN or point-to-point which allows the system to optimize redundancy and route calls with the best quality available. We have complete redundancy system setup at all of our hosting centers to prevent down time. All voice and data system has both hardware and software backup ensuring operation will not be interrupted.

Call center services
In China, our call center is located in Shanghai. Utilizing the integrated front desk system, it allows us to efficiently answer incoming calls and route it to anywhere the customer may be as long as the number is valid. With the real-time system, customers can reserve or cancel bookings, change greeting messages, call forwarding, point of presence, view invoices, make payment, all of which is updated instantly. Internet access
It is available either wired or wireless. Customers's devices are registered in the system enabling them to have access to the Internet at any of our locations seamlessly.

Integrated door access system
All Office General centers are operated using one system that is integrated to the ERP provided by OfficeWyze. As a customer, you can access any of our locations with ONE card. Simply present your card to the front desk secretary upon checking in, then your card will be registered for immediate use at the location. With the card, you have access to the conference rooms at anytime either booking it online or offline.

Camera surveillance system
The system is integrated into the ERP. The surveillance activities are saved for a period of time. This tool provides tremendous security to everyone in the facility. Upon request, we would gladly make available surveillance footages.

Centralized and automatic billing
The ERP system captures all POS data from each equipment devices such as telephone records, usages on the copier, fax, conference rooms, and any other services provided. Each month, the ERP system generates the incidentals on a single invoice, emailed directly to customers, unless otherwise specified. That represents convenience for your business, especially if you take advantage of utilizing multiple centers.

Green environment
Office General believes in giving our best effort to energy management through minimizing electricity and waste generation. Not only many of our centers are LEED certified but they are also equipped with the latest energy conserving servers, computers and all office equipment.
